Skills & Qualifications Bachelors or masters degree in human resources.710 years of HR experience, preferably in an IT services / technology organization.Strong expertise in tech recruitment, L&D design, and performance management.Ability to create scalable people processes for a growing IT setup.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with HR metrics and dashboards.Ability to manage both strategic initiatives and hands-on operations.
