Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive – Home Loans to join our team. The role involves field-based sales of home loan products, identifying potential customers, building strong client relationships, and driving disbursals through effective lead conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Source new home loan leads through field visits, open market activities, builder/channel partner networks, and references.
  2. Meet and engage with potential customers to understand their loan needs and explain product offerings.
  3. Conduct on-site customer visits for documentation collection and initial verifications.
  4. Ensure proper lead management and follow-up to maximize conversion rates.
  5. Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for timely loan processing and disbursal.
  6. Achieve assigned monthly sales targets for home loans and cross-sell products.
  7. Maintain relationships with builders, real estate agents, and other potential lead sources.
  8. Keep updated records of market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback.
  9. Key Requirements:
  10. Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduation preferred).
  11. 6 months –2 years of experience in banking product sales (experience in home loans/mortgage preferred).
  12. Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  13. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  14. Target-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player.
  15. Basic understanding of home loan documents and lending norms is a plus.
