Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive – Home Loans to join our team. The role involves field-based sales of home loan products, identifying potential customers, building strong client relationships, and driving disbursals through effective lead conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source new home loan leads through field visits, open market activities, builder/channel partner networks, and references.
- Meet and engage with potential customers to understand their loan needs and explain product offerings.
- Conduct on-site customer visits for documentation collection and initial verifications.
- Ensure proper lead management and follow-up to maximize conversion rates.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for timely loan processing and disbursal.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets for home loans and cross-sell products.
- Maintain relationships with builders, real estate agents, and other potential lead sources.
- Keep updated records of market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback.
- Key Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduation preferred).
- 6 months –2 years of experience in banking product sales (experience in home loans/mortgage preferred).
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player.
- Basic understanding of home loan documents and lending norms is a plus.
