Full job description
· Recruitment, Employee attendance, PF and Gratuity processing.
· Employee relationship, handling queries related to salary, PF, ESIC.
· Attendance and salary sheet preparation, Induction of new joiners.
· Internal job posting, Salary distribution, Full and Final calculation and settlement, PF processing.
· Employee engagement activities, Confirmation processing, Exit Processing.
· Maintaining client data, Filing details, drafting letters.
· Office stationary and hardware management. Bill verification. Managing Directors Travel. Vendor management.etc
· Managing HR Compliance of Projects for onward submission to Client.
