Build market share within the assigned territory through robust distribution networks by actively engaging with dealers, distributors, fabricators, carpenters, influencers, builders, contractors, and government agencies to drive demand and long-term business growth.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Achieve monthly sales targets for products, distributors, towns, and territories
✅ Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, and fabricators
✅ Expand distribution networks as per town-wise targets
✅ Execute market visits as per Permanent Journey Plan (PJP)
✅ Build strong relationships with distributors, builders, contractors, carpenters, and government agencies
