Full job description
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.
Skills:
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Recruitment Strategies: Create and execute recruitment plans to meet current and future hiring needs.
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking events) to source potential candidates.
Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screening interviews, evaluate candidates’ qualifications, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Job Posting: Write and post job descriptions on various platforms to attract suitable candidates.
Candidate Relationship Management: Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Compliance: Make the documentation that complies with company policies and legal requirements.
Reporting: Maintain and update recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management on hiring progress.
Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Training and Employee Welfare: Take ownership of arranging training for the employees and participate in Employee welfare activities.
Vendor Management- Manage the external recruitment agencies and get the desired output.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
