We require tele callers for the skin clinic and institute.

Good Communication skill

Customer Handling

Closing the lead Professionally

Call potential or existing customers to inform them about service using our database

Answer questions about services of the company

Enter and update customer information in the database

Keep Records of calls and sales, and note useful information

Take appointment over the call and close the leads

Appointment Scheduling:

Book consultations and follow-ups for skin and hair transplant services in line with the clinic’s schedule.
Ensure daily targets for the number of appointments booked are met.
Confirm appointments with patients and handle rescheduling or cancellations efficiently.
2. Footfall Creation:

Focus on generating footfall by educating leads on how the clinic’s treatments can benefit them.
Promote free consultations, limited-time offers, or discounts to encourage visits to the clinic as guided by the seniors of marketing team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
