Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Salary: Base + Target-based Incentives

Job Description:
Kira Diam LLP, a leading player in the diamond industry specializing in certified loose diamonds and high-quality jewelry, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and establishing strong relationships with clients in the diamond and jewelry sector. This is a target-based role with attractive incentives based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new business opportunities and leads through various channels, including cold calling, referrals, and networking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Promote and sell certified loose diamonds and jewelry products, ensuring customers are informed about the quality, certification, and value of the products.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and objectives.
Maintain and update client records, sales pipeline, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the diamond industry and product knowledge.
Coordinate with the design and merchandising teams to meet client specifications and deliver exceptional customer service.
Provide excellent post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the diamond, jewelry, or luxury goods industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet sales targets.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and nurture relationships.
Goal-oriented with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
Knowledge of certified diamonds and their grading is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 – ₹95,000.00 per month
