We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Admission Counsellor to provide guidance and support to prospective students and their families throughout the admission process.

Responsibilities:

– Provide information and guidance to prospective students and their families about academic programs, admission requirements, and application procedures
– Counsel students on course selection, academic planning, and career goals
– Evaluate applications and make recommendations for admission
– Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure a smooth admission process
– Develop and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and other educational institutions
– Participate in recruitment events, fairs, and other outreach activities
– Meet enrollment targets and contribute to the growth of the institution Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in any field
– Fresher or experienced candidates are welcome to apply
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work with students, parents, and other stakeholders
– Strong knowledge of academic programs and admission processes
– Familiarity with CRM software and other admission management tools
– Commitment to providing excellent customer service
Desirable Qualifications:

– Master’s degree in any field

– Experience working in admissions, recruitment, or a related field

– Knowledge of marketing and sales principles- Experience with data analysis and reporting
