Full job description
Job Title: Data Entry Operator
Location: Vasai
Department: Production
Reports To: HOD
Work Experience: 1-2 years in data entry or a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or medical device industry.
Education: Degree or diploma in computer applications or a related field preferred.
Salary: ₹2,00,000 – ₹3,00,000
Preferred Candidate: Male candidates from any manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities
Input and update data related to raw materials, production schedules, inventory levels, and shipment details.
Maintain and organize electronic and paper records, including compliance and regulatory documentation.
Enter quality check data and ensure adherence to protocols.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data gathering and validation.
Ensure compliance with ISO and other relevant medical device regulations.
Required Skill Set
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access).
Familiarity with ERP systems in manufacturing is a plus.
Excellent typing speed, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
