Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will
handle a
variety of HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and
compliance, ensuring that HR operations align with the company’s goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labour laws.
Handle employee relations, addressing grievances, and fostering a positive work environment.
Coordinate and oversee performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback
sessions.
Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely updates in the HR management system.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities and initiatives.
Monitor and manage payroll processing in coordination with the finance team.
Stay updated on HR trends, labor laws, and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably as an HR Generalist.
Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR compliance requirements.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
