Job Title: Google Sheet Automation Expert

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Google Sheet Automation Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate should be experienced in automating tasks using Google Sheets, Script, and other Google Apps. They will play a crucial role in creating KPI dashboards, Sales Reports, and MIS Reports to support our business operations. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong analytical ability, and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities:

Creating MIS Reports: Develop and maintain MIS reports for various departments, including Operations, CRM, and Sales, ensuring accurate and timely information is readily available for decision-making.

Creating Flowcharts: Utilize Drawio.net to create flowcharts that illustrate processes and workflows, and translate them into actionable formats such as FMS (What, how, when, where) methods.

Autoemail & Dashboard Reports: Design and automate email and dashboard reports using Data Studio and Google Sheets to provide real-time insights to stakeholders.

Scripting: Write backend code using Google Apps Script (JavaScript & HTML) to automate tasks and streamline processes within Google Sheets and other Google Apps.

Data Management: Proficiently handle data using Google Sheets and MS Excel, including data analysis, cleansing, and transformation.

CRM Team Support: Address data-related issues for the CRM team, ensuring data accuracy in the ERP system and providing necessary support.

Database Management: Maintain and manage databases effectively, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.

G-Suite Automation: Leverage your expertise in G-Suite tools for process automation and optimization.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in automating tasks using Google Sheets, Script, and other Google Apps.
Proficiency in creating KPI dashboards, Sales Reports, and MIS Reports.
Strong scripting skills, with a focus on Google Apps Script (JavaScript & HTML).
Knowledge of Drawio.net for flowchart creation.
Familiarity with Data Studio for creating reports and dashboards.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate and timely reports.
Strong analytical ability to interpret data and provide valuable insights.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Good knowledge of database management.
Good knowledge of G-Suite automation tools and methods.
