We are looking for a proactive Office Admin cum Operations Manager to oversee office administration and daily operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing both administrative tasks and operational processes efficiently.
Key Responsibilities: Office Administration:
Manage office operations, including correspondence, scheduling, and record-keeping.
Oversee office supplies, vendor management, and facility maintenance.
Assist in HR tasks such as employee onboarding, attendance tracking, and payroll coordination.
Maintain and update company records, reports, and documentation.
Handle calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Operations Management:
Supervise daily business operations and workflow to ensure efficiency.
Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and cost-effectiveness.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
Manage budgets, optimize costs, and ensure financial efficiency.
Identify and resolve operational challenges proactively.
Ensure compliance with legal and industry regulations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in office administration and operations management.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and business management tools.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹28,000.00 per month
