G.L. Suzuki is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Telecaller Executive to join our growing team. As a Telecaller Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, qualifying leads, and promoting our products/services. Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services and generate leads.
Qualify leads by gathering information about their needs and requirements.
Explain the features and benefits of our offerings and answer customer queries.
Schedule appointments for sales representatives to follow up with qualified leads.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the DMS system.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets.
Follow up with potential customers to nurture leads and convert them into sales.
Identify and escalate customer issues or concerns to the appropriate team.
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar sales/customer service role (preferred, but freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply).
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in [Language(s) – e.g., English, Hindi, etc.].
Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport with potential customers.
Persuasive and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle objections and rejection gracefully.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software (preferred).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Target-oriented and results-driven.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Automobile Industry Knowledge candidate will be preferred
