About the Economics and Business Studies Teacher role

Ahmedabad International School is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic educator for IB Primary Year Program.

Specific responsibilities

Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in Economics and Business Studies for Grades 8-10.
Prepares appropriate documentation and reports on student progress
Presents and reinforces learning concepts
Assess and tests students in subject area
Participates in apt training as required by AIS
Carry out all the duties and responsibilities related to class
Preferred Qualifications/Skills

Masters degree in Economics
Minimum 3-4 years of teaching experience at the secondary level
Ability to provide a dynamic and motivational environment to learners between the ages of 13 to 18 years
Experience as an educator in Secondary
Experience as an IGCSE teacher is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay: ₹30,000.00 – ₹45,000.00 per month
