Society Manager
Scope of Work:
1. Monthly Billing and Receipts:
Prepare and distribute monthly maintenance bills to society members.
Ensure timely collection of payments and manage receipts.
Reconcile payments and address any discrepancies in the billing process.
2. Society Books and Ledger:
Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
Regularly update the society’s ledger, including income and expenses.
Ensure transparency and proper documentation of society funds.
3. Routine Society Work:
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks.
Communicate with society members to address queries, concerns, and complaints.
Coordinate with service providers for maintenance, repairs, and other society needs.
4. Voucher, Cheque, and Petty Cash Management:
Process vouchers and cheques for society payments.
Manage petty cash for small, day-to-day expenses, maintaining proper logs and documentation.
5. General Society-Related Work:
Liaise with government authorities for compliance, legal matters, and documentation.
Organize and manage society meetings, ensuring minutes are recorded and action points followed up.
Supervise staff and vendors working for the society.
