Job Description:

As an Admin cum Receptionist. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, providing exceptional administrative support and ensuring smooth office operations.

Front Desk cum Admin – 2 no.

Preferred Qualifications: Graduate / Under Graduate.

Salary range – 15,000 to 25000 pm (Depends on Interview)

Responsibilities:

Reception Duties:

Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms, and brochures).
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
Administrative Support:

Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, and placing orders.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
Communication:

Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients.
Handle requests and queries appropriately.
Manage office correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers).
Professional attitude and appearance.
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
Excellent organizational skills.
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
