Job Requirements:

1. Age criteria: Below 30 years

2. a minimum of a degree in science field.

3. Strong academic background.

4. Minimum of 1 year of experience in academic coordination.

5. Experience in academic program planning.

6. Prior involvement in the mentorship of students.

7. Familiarity with the latest educational technologies.

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate and oversee the scheduling and execution of online tutoring sessions.

Monitor program activities to ensure alignment with educational goals and standards.

Assist in the development and implementation of new tutoring programs and initiatives.

Serve as the primary point of contact for tutors, students, and parents, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Facilitate effective communication between all stakeholders to enhance the tutoring experience.

Research and identify relevant educational materials, resources, and external partners to enhance program offerings.

In case of retention, maintain positive relationships with Parents through proactive communication, follow-up, and personalized support.

You must ensure that courses and programs align with established educational standards and guidelines.

Achieving sales targets set by the organization.

Contacting potential parents to establish rapport and arrange meetings.

This job can also be viewed as academic coordinator, academic mentor, program coordinator, edtech operations.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 – ₹500,000.00 per year
