Key Responsibilities:-
1. Event and Meeting Coordination
Plan and organize company meetings, conferences, Kizan and 5s ceremony events.
Manage scheduling, travel arrangements, and accommodations as needed.
Ensure all meeting facilities and materials are ready in advance.
2. Office Administration
Oversee office operations, including maintenance, cleanliness, and security.
Ensure the availability and proper functioning of office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
Maintain accurate records of office expenses and resources.
3. Staff Supervision and Coordination
Supervise and provide guidance to the administrative support staff.
Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely completion of duties.
Coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.
4. Vendor and Asset Management
Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and contractors.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to optimize costs and service quality.
Maintain an up-to-date inventory of office assets and equipment.
5. Compliance and Documentation
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and relevant regulations.
Maintain and organize administrative files, records, and correspondence.
Assist in the preparation and submission of reports to senior management.
6. Budgeting and Financial Management
Assist in preparing and monitoring the administrative budget.
Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense claims accurately.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
