CORPORATE SALES EXECUTIVE COMPANY Prestige Pursuits Pvt. Ltd. (Channel Partner of Procter and gamble) “P&G” Brands (Pampers / Olay / Whisper etc). JOB TITLE Corporate Sales Executive WORK LOCATION Delhi- Vasant Vihar DEPARTMENT Sales & Marketing JOB BRIEF Our company requires a “Inside Sales Executive” with strong interpersonal and communication skills, a focus on organization, and enhanced multitasking abilities. Modern Trade, Ecommerce sales (Amazon, Flipkart etc.), marketing and strategic analysis are important aspects of the position. Should be able to build trusting relationships with clients and protect the brand by maintaining a positive image. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Generate business inquiries from shared leads provided by the company, as well generate by himself. Contacting through by Telephone, Email, Messages, current and potential clients to inform them regarding the product and service & close the deal on day to day basis. Answering all queries and questions regarding the company and product. Keeping the customer database maintained & updated & taking & processing orders accurately Leverage Sales Navigator & other relevant tools to identify & connect with potential prospects. Utilize Various Communication channels (e.g. email Campaigns, Social Media, Cold Calling) to generate new Leads. Track & Analyse key performance indicators (KPI’s) related to lead generation & sales activities. Excellent with verbal communication & Written skills, especially for activities such as email campaigns, Power Point Presentations, MS Excel Proposals & reports & should be adaptable to tailor their communication approach based on the preferences & needs of stakeholders. Maintain & Manage a robust pipeline of potential clients. Ensure timely follow-up with leads to progress them through the sales funnel. Address customer inquiries & concerns in a timely & professional Manner. Utilize CRM systems effectively to track leads, opportunities & Sales activities. Provide regular reports & updates on lead generation activities& sales performance to the management team. Must be experienced in E-Commerce platform like amazon, myntra etc Must be able to coordinate with the Sales team for any CRM related issues and must track their daily SKILLS REQUIRED: Proven working experience in “Ecommerce Platform / Retail / Modern Trade etc” or a relevant role. Must be very good Proficiency in Computer skills- MS Excel, PPT etc. Very good communication skills Proficiency in English & Presentable. Market knowledge. Communication and negotiation skills. Time management and planning skills. Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction. Must be Graduate /Post Graduate (Administration or related).
