Job Description:
We are hiring dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our US Voice Process. As part of this role, you will handle banking-related queries from US-based customers, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist US customers with banking-related queries.
Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Adhere to company policies and compliance guidelines.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Any Graduate or Undergraduate.
Experience: Minimum 6 months of international call center experience preferred. Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply.
Communication Skills: Must have excellent English verbal and written communication skills
Shifts: Must be willing to work night shifts.
Experience in inbound callings, US support, US process, international voice process, process associate, international calling are added advantage
