Job Responsibility:

Order Processing: Process sales orders received from customers, ensure accuracy and timeliness
Coordinate with various departments, including logistics and finance, to facilitate order fulfillment and timely delivery
Customer Communication: Interact with customers via phone or email to address inquiries, provide product information, resolve issues, and assist with order status updates.
Maintain positive and professional customer relationships.
Develop a solid understanding of our products, features, benefits, and competitive advantages
Stay updated with product updates, industry trends, and market dynamics to effectively support the design team.
Propose and implement solutions to enhance sales support efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
Assist the Digital marketing team with listing and order processing from online market places.
Must have:

Strong organizational and administrative skills
Graduation in commerce/arts/science or equivalent
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Customer-focused approach and ability to build positive relationships
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Team player with the ability to collaborate and work well with cross-functional teams.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
