Key Responsibilities
* Managing daily Amazon ops, drop shipping and purchase order processing.
* Raising and tracking support tickets with Amazon for product suppression and ensuring prompt resolution.
* Experience with product listing on Amazon and Vendor Central is required.
* Familiarity with Vendor Central’s performance metrics will be preferred.
* Analyzing sales trends on Amazon to identify fast-selling products and ensuring high product availability (99%+ uptime).
* Work internally with other team members for smooth order executions.
* Familiarity with Amazon Ads is preferred.
