- Job Summary :
- RL India Finance Team manages the finance function for India Operations. It works very closely with the global finance teams of Gannett. RL India Finance Team is responsible for maintaining end-to-end financial records for India. We work and close our books basis the month-end close timelines provided by Gannett Global Finance Team. Every month end India team reports all their expenses and income to Gannett
Finance team by uploading General Ledgersthrough Infor (Accounting system). RL India is also responsible for statutory compliances spread across GST, Taxation, Transfer Pricing, and ROC. Along with this, RL India is also accountable for Budgeting activities and participation in audits or reconciliations, whenever required. - Key Attributes:

- Assist in forecast preparation on a monthly/quarterly basis. Including the review of year-to-date performance and providing analysis for the remainder of the year
Assist in the preparation of Annual Budgets
Performs variance analysis on a monthly basis providing explanations for discrepancies on a month-to-date and year-to-date basis
Responsible for Headcount reporting
Work on monthly Cadency reconciliations & and ad-hoc MIS reports
Uploading payments via Axis Bank and HDFC Bank
Updation of Fixed Asset Register in Tally/ Infor for monthly purchase and sales of Fixed Asset. Preparation of Sales Invoices for assets sold during the month
Prepare various month/quarterly/annual reconciliations or schedules/ reports for Audit purposes (Statutory, Tax and Transfer pricing)
Support Accounts Receivable chargeback process for ReachLocal
Perform tasks with a high degree of accuracy, consistency and in a timely manner
Ability to juggle multiple priorities/ multi-task as per the urgency
Complete ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed
Key Skills: - Exposure to EPM/ Hyperion/ Similar Software
Worked on Excel. Good knowledge of PPT
Good communication and time management skills
Qualifications & Experience: - Any Graduate (Full time)
Overall experience minimum of 3 years
Location: - Goregaon East, Mumbai, India.
