Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to join our EdTech Company. The ideal candidate will oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policies to ensure a productive and positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions (academic counselors, admin staff, marketing, etc.).
Develop job descriptions, post job openings, and screen candidates.
Conduct interviews and coordinate with department heads for hiring decisions.
Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement:
Address employee queries and concerns to ensure a positive work culture.
Organize employee engagement activities and team-building events.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze employee retention trends.
3. Performance Management:
Assist in setting up performance evaluation frameworks.
Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback sessions.
Support training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills.
4. HR Policies & Compliance:
Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Handle payroll processing and leave management.
5. Training & Development:
Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs for employees.
Support career growth initiatives within the organization.
Requirements:
Experience in HRMS Softwares , ZOHO as an Advantage
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1 years of experience in HR, preferably in the EdTech / Education or consultancy sector.
Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
