As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Human Resources operations within the company. You will play a crucial role in managing employee relations, implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. This role involves strategic planning and daily HR management, including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
End to End recruitment Operation : Operating recruitment efforts, including posting job ads, interviewing candidates, and managing the hiring process.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with company goals and legal requirements.
Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations, including maintaining up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation.
Manage employee onboarding, training, and development programs to ensure employees are well-prepared for their roles.
Provide support and guidance on employee relations matters, resolving conflicts, and maintaining a positive work environment.
Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with company objectives.
Develop and implement performance management processes, including employee reviews and feedback systems.
Promote employee engagement through wellness programs, recognition initiatives, and team-building activities.
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
Act as a liaison between management and employees, fostering open communication and addressing concerns in a timely manner.
Preparation of payroll , processing and HR reporting.
Support management in making strategic decisions related to organizational development and workforce planning.
