We are an Architectural and Interior Design firm involved in design consultancy and contracting works. We have offices in Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata and Delhi.
We are looking for an Accounts and Admin Executive for our Kolkata office. (Office Strength of 10)
QUALIFICATION : B.Com
With 3-4 years experience with at least 2 years in a construction industry
With good communication skills
Proficiency in English is a must
Knowledge of Hindi is required
Must have sound knowledge of Tally software, MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint
Job Description :
Accounts Receivables & Accounts Payables
Make GST Returns & input calculations
Maintenance of Purchase, Sales & Inventory records
Verification of Vouchers
Financial reporting to HO
Upkeep and maintenance of Office
All other admin related works for office staff and assets.
Manage payroll processing, including tax deductions
Prepare and reconcile bank statements
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
Handle GST, TDS and other statutory compliances task
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
