






Full job description
Data entry and record keeping: Accurately recording financial transactions into accounting software, including invoices, payments, expenses, and receipts.
Account reconciliation: Matching bank statements to internal records and resolving discrepancies. Accounts payable and receivable
management: Processing invoices, tracking outstanding payments due to vendors (accounts payable) and managing customer invoices (accounts receivable).
Budget preparation: Assisting with the creation and monitoring of departmental budgets.
Financial reporting: Preparing basic financial reports such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Financial analysis: Performing basic analysis on financial data to identify trends and variances.
Audit support: Gathering necessary documentation and assisting with internal and external audits.
Compliance: Ensuring adherence to relevant financial regulations and accounting standards.
Administrative tasks: Filing financial documents, maintaining spreadsheets, and providing general administrative support to the finance team.
