Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 (Depends on Experience)

Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree + B.Ed.

Role Overview:

The Mother Teacher plays a crucial role in a child’s early education by acting as the primary mentor and guide for young students. The role involves nurturing a warm and engaging learning environment, fostering social, emotional, and academic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary teacher for a specific group of young learners, ensuring holistic development.
Develop and implement lesson plans covering foundational subjects such as language, math, science, and social studies.
Foster a nurturing and interactive classroom environment to enhance student engagement.
Monitor and assess students’ progress, providing regular feedback to parents.
Encourage positive behavior, discipline, and a love for learning.
Collaborate with co-teachers and school administration for effective curriculum implementation.
Organize classroom activities, events, and educational trips to enhance experiential learning.
Ensure the emotional well-being of students by providing them with a supportive environment.
Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach to teaching.
Ability to create engaging lesson plans for young learners.
Classroom management skills and the ability to handle young children effectively.
Familiarity with child development principles and early education best practices.
