Key Responsibilities:
Correspondence & Document Management: Handle emails, data entry, and organize documents efficiently.
Coordination Across Teams: Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth operations and timely task completion.
GMC-related Support: Assist with documentation, coordination, and follow-ups for GMC-related tasks.
Invoicing Assistance: Support invoicing preparation and related administrative tasks.
Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, such as ESIC and PF creation, maintaining accurate records.
Ad-Hoc Tasks: Help with various operational projects and tasks as required by the team.
Qualifications:
Minimum 6 months of experience in an administrative or operations support role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
