Job Description

Position: Practice Manager (CA Firm)

Location: Delhi || Gorakhpur

Role Specific Responsibilities:

Debtor/ Receivables Management
Support small team of accountants and partners
Organize and Manage a Training program for the team
Coordinate and manage calendars, schedule meetings, and ensure efficient use of time
Liaise with ATO, ASIC and other Government bodies when required
Formatting documents and preparing letters for distribution to clients
Onboarding of new clients, including TFN and ABN Applications, ASIC searches, assisting with client engagement letters and invoicing
General ad hoc administration tasks and assisting with all documenting and reporting
Assist in answering incoming phone calls, order office supplies and assist with mail management
Job Management Responsibilities:

Meet Job/ Task Deadlines 100% with no exception unless agreed with client/ ATO along with Partner’s approval in writing
Attend/ acknowledge client requests in time – Standard time frame is within the same day
Take instructions in writing and maintain client files, workpapers and notes regularly
Delegate and engage team members and provide them clear written instruction to ensure efficiency
Manage disagreements diligently – Be respectful to clients and to your colleagues – No exception
Practice Management Responsibilities:

Participate and conduct weekly/fortnightly Workflow meeting
Assign Jobs to team members – Regularly
Review WIP and Billing – Weekly
Review/ Implement/ Update practice management software and procedures
WFM, XERO Work papers, Class Super, Clients Files and Folders, Access Levels, Training Calendar
Assist Admin team with debtor follow ups
Provide Quotations to Admin team when requested
Occasional Support to Admin Team – Phone and reception management
Assist with Recruitment, Training and Handovers
Speak with Employer
