Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain and Logistics Intern to join our operations team. The intern will play a key role in supporting day-to-day logistics and supply chain activities, with a strong emphasis on inventory management, shipping coordination, vendor communication, and handling logistics queries.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supply chain operations within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage and monitor inventory levels through regular updates.
Coordinate shipping and packaging operations ensuring timely dispatch and accurate documentation.
Communicate with vendors and logistics partners to track orders and resolve delivery issues.
Support packing and dispatch processes to maintain shipment quality and accuracy.
Respond to logistics-related queries and assist with day-to-day operational tasks.
Qualifications:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in any related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data entry.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Basic understanding of inventory systems and shipping processes is a plus.
