Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing them with information about our products/services, and achieving sales targets. Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or contact lists.
Present and promote company products/services clearly and effectively.
Handle inbound calls and address customer inquiries or issues.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in system.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Follow up on leads and prospects in a timely manner.
Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends to improve sales strategies.
Handle customer objections and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
Requirements:

Proficient in English, Hindi.
1-2 years of experience in inbound and outbound sales.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude and resilience in handling rejection.
Desirable Skills:

Experience with lead generation and sales conversion techniques.
Knowledge of sales strategies and customer service best practices.
Multilingual abilities can be an advantage depending on the target market.
Salary: ₹30,000 per month, based on experience and performance.
