Full job description
Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Director of Human Resources to lead our HR department and oversee all aspects of human resources management. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping and executing our HR strategy, ensuring alignment with our company’s goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Strategy: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment efforts, from sourcing and attracting talent to conducting interviews and onboarding. Global Recruitment Experience. We are only looking at applicants with Global hiring experience such as US, UK, Philippines, Vietnam, Mexico and Europe.
Performance Management: Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans.
Compensation and Benefits: Manage the design and administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
Employee Relations: Maintain positive employee relations, address grievances, and foster a positive working environment.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, both state and federal.
Training and Development: Implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and promote career growth.
Diversity and Inclusion: Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a culture of equity and belonging.
HR Technology: Stay current with HR technology trends and evaluate and implement HR software and tools as needed.
Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with executive leadership to align HR strategies with the overall business plan.
Qualifications:
Global Recruitment Experience is mandatory.
12-15 years of experience in Human Resources is mandatory.
Proven experience as an HR leader as a Country head/HOD
Strong leadership and communication skills.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 – ₹150,000.00 per month
