Full job description
Performs administrative and clerical tasks including drafting letters, mails, reports, and other document. ∙ Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients & Parents. ∙ Schedule meetings and appointments. ∙ Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities acting as a parent’s first point of contact: dealing with walk in parents and phone calls. ∙ The KRAs included ensuring campus maintenance, data analysis, marking attendance & ensuring safety of students throughout day. ∙ Data analysis on ERP portal (A digital platform where we communicate with parents) ensuring there’s no error and resolving parents’ issues related to the portal. ∙ Collecting data of required material or service with admins and academics team and raising the request for the same. ∙ Helping in stock of books and stationery which needs to be distributed to the students. ∙ Coordinating and handling parents’ queries and doubt, setting up the appoint with the concerned department. ∙ Managing the liasioning work, updating the registers of G. R., Leaving certificates, inward & outward of govt. employees, BLA, SARAL data entry etcetera. ∙ Collection of pending fees and follow up for the same. ∙ Handling print outs including ID card Printing. ∙ Managing arrival & Dispersal * Organization: Cosmic Travels & Tours Designation: Office ExecDuration: Feb 2017 to June 2019 Job Profile: ∙ Major key role includes, ticketing, trips-Quotation making and dealing with agents. ∙ Co-ordination with national clients to ensure customer satisfaction. ∙ Data management and Data Entry. ∙ Maintenance of office accessories and procurement of stationeries. ∙ Co-ordination with clients. Giving appointments, resolving their queries regarding the agreement, and deals. ∙ Managing the bills & bank related work & documentation. ∙ Responding to emails & handling escalation calls. ∙ Scheduling calendars and meeting.
