Full job description
Job Roles and Responsibilities
1. Onboarding and Joining Formalities
Prepare and coordinate onboarding schedules, documentation, and introductions.
2. Employee Engagement
Plan, design, and execute employee engagement initiatives to build a motivated and connected workforce.
3. Administration Support
Manage and oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Handle correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents.
Manage office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed while maintaining a budget.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of services.
Assist in planning and organizing meetings, appointments, and events, including preparing meeting rooms and materials.
Provide support for travel arrangements, including booking tickets, accommodations, and itineraries.
Monitor office equipment and ensure maintenance or repairs as needed.
Assist in drafting reports, presentations, and internal communications.
Ensure adherence to organizational policies and procedures.
Please Note that it is 70& Admin job and 30% HR job
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
