Key Duties & Responsibilities

Handling outbound client calls to introduce company offerings, verify customer requirements, and collect feedback.
Addressing incoming customer questions regarding service packages, application status, and documentation steps.
Maintaining accurate caller records, follow-up dates, and conversion notes in the internal CRM portal.
Achieving weekly calling benchmarks while maintaining high customer satisfaction and polite telephone etiquette.
Coordinating with senior team leaders and escalation executives to resolve complex queries promptly.
