Website: https://www.investoxpert.com/LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/company/investoxpert/Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/investoxpertsYouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@InvestoXpert Key Responsibilities Drive sales and achieve assigned revenue targets for residential and commercial projects.Generate new leads and build a strong sales pipeline.Handle client interactions, follow-ups, negotiations, and closures.Conduct client meetings and accompany customers for site visits.Develop business through channel sales, corporate tie-ups, and networking.Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.Stay updated on market trends, pricing, projects, and competition.Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.Participate in weekly sales meetings and contribute to sales strategies.Candidate Profile Experience in real estate sales / property advisory / business development.Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.Proven ability to achieve sales targets.Strong local market network and customer relationships preferred.Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized.Excellent follow-up, time management, and multitasking skills.Note: Two-wheeler/vehicle is mandatory.
