• 10–15 years of experience in HR & Administration, • MBA / PGDM (HR) / MSW / MLS or equivalent , • Pharmaceutical / Manufacturing industry experience preferred , • Strong knowledge of Labour Laws, Factories Act & statutory compliance , • Hands-on experience with PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, PT & LWF , • Experience handling contract labour & plant workforce , • Strong employee relations, grievance handling & disciplinary management , • Experience in an industrial / MIDC environment
