We are hiring Academic Counselors for our Noida office,Job Responsibilities: • Counsel students and working professionals regarding courses and career opportunities.• Handle leads through calls and WhatsApp.• Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.• Follow up with prospective students and convert qualified leads into enrollments.• Maintain lead records and regular follow-ups.• Achieve assigned monthly targets.• Coordinate with the academic and sales teams,Good communication and interpersonal skills.• Strong convincing and follow-up abilities.• Target-oriented and self-motivated.• Comfortable speaking with students and parents.• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and CRM.• Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.• Experience in academic counselling, admissions, inside sales, telecalling, BDE or CRM will be an advantage Position: Academic CounselorLocation: Noida Sector 16,Job Type: Full-TimeSalary: ₹15,000–₹25,000/month, depending on experience and expertiseIncentives: Performance and target-based incentives
