We are seeking a highly disciplined and experienced Operations Manager with an Ex-Defence or Engineering background to oversee end-to-end operations and logistics for our Alcobev business. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, process control, logistics expertise, and operational discipline to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operational activities across production, supply chain, and vendor coordination.Manage operations to ensure smooth and efficient execution.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless operational execution.Ensure adherence to company SOPs and operational processes.Implement operational discipline, reporting structures, and process efficiency improvements.Handle crisis management, contingency planning, and operational problem-solving.Maintain documentation, MIS reports, and operational records.Supervise and train support staff, ensuring discipline, accountability, and high performance.Support management in driving operational excellence and continuous process improvement. Candidate Profile: Retired Defence personnel (JCO/Senior NCO/Officer level preferred) or candidates with a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or a related Engineering discipline.3–5 years of hands-on experience in operations, manufacturing, administration, or a similar operational role.Strong understanding of process-driven operations, inventory management, and logistics.Ability to work independently and take complete ownership of operations.High integrity, strong leadership skills, discipline, and accountability.Prior experience in FMCG, beverage, manufacturing, or logistics-intensive environments will be an added advantage.Skills & Competencies: Operations ManagementVendor & Logistics ManagementTeam Supervision & LeadershipProblem-solving & Crisis ManagementDocumentation & MIS ReportingMS Excel & Microsoft OfficeWorking Conditions: Full-time, on-site role.Willingness to stay and work in Kolhapur based on operational requirements.May require coordination outside standard working hours due to operational needs.
