You will work directly with the founders and product managers. What You Will Do Conduct user interviews in English (and possibly other markets) to uncover users’ true needs, pains, and motivations.Apply the JTBD framework to analyze behavior, segment audiences, and formulate product hypotheses.Synthesize data from interviews and product analytics into actionable insights and recommendations for the team.Build the research process — create interview guides, select tools, and implement best practices.Communicate research findings to the team through presentations, reports, and verbal discussions.Who We Are Looking For Experience: 1–4 years in UX/product research, with a focus on qualitative methods.JTBD Approach: Understanding and practical application of the JTBD framework (experience is required).Interview Skills: Ability to build rapport with strangers and ask the right questions to dig deep into the root causes.Analytical Mindset: Ability to spot patterns, formulate hypotheses, and work with data.English: Excellent written and spoken English for working in an international team.Proactivity: Ability to work independently in a startup environment with no strict rules or processes.Compensation & Conditions Employment: Full-time or part-time (to be discussed).Schedule: Flexible, with a few hours of overlap with the team’s working hours in [timezone, e.g., EST/CET].Compensation: 1,03,500 – 2,30,000 INR per month (~1,200 – 2,700 USD), negotiable based on experience.
