Company Overview:

LogIQids, an IIT-IIM alumni initiative, is an ed-tech venture focused on developing and enhancing important 21st-century skills in K-9 children. Started in 2016, the company works with over 2000 schools across India, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Japan, and Bahrain and is keen to expand its presence across geographies. Unlike several other edtech companies, we are committed to creating impact and improving the quality of education at the primary school level in an affordable way. We are looking for ambitious and enthusiastic Business Development Managers to join our team and help us execute our mission faster. At LogIQids, the focus is not on revenue but on the number of students we can impact and help. We also work with several schools completely FREE of Cost and help them raise the standard of education.

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai (WORK FROM OFFICE)

Compensation: 3.6LPA(Fixed) + 60 K (Bonus – Completion of 1 year) and upto 1.8 LPA (Variable)

Key Responsibilities:

Expanding LogIQids’ presence across schools which involves:

Market Research: Analyzing competitors, researching, planning, and implementing new initiatives to explore new markets.
Generating Leads: Develop a deep understanding of a specific geographic market. Identify potential top schools and generate qualified leads to contact them.
Building Relationships: Use cold calling, email and meet schools to explain LogIQids’ offerings. Travel (both within and outside the city) and meet key decision makers at school, conduct product demos if needed and follow up dedicatedly to sign them up for the program.
Creating a Funnel: Managing and monitoring the sales pipeline, tracking leads, and closing leads to meet your targets.
Administrative Tasks: After closing, hand over the school to the school relationship manager for a successful rollout of the program and work closely with them to ensure smooth execution.
Skills Required:

A genuine passion for education and inclination towards solving business issues through strong communication and presence of mind. An inherent ability to position, market, and sell an idea or product will be a key skill set.

Up to 2 Years of Experience in Sales and Business Development
Proficiency in MS Excel
Good written and oral communication in English is a must
Strong analytical ability
Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and good time management, multitasking, and planning skills.
