Working in Customs related areas like (CFS/ICD/Airport/

Bonded Warehouse

• Filing of Monthly reports by 5th of every month Form A & Form B and download the details from WMS • Issuance of Space Certificate of clearing the shipment and issuance Re-Warehousing Certificate on arrival • Daily follow-ups with CHA for Shipments Status and Airport Clearance Update • Coordinate with forwarder and liner or related parties for clearing. • Follow up with customers/CHA for payment like DO payment, Container Bond for Factory De-stuffing, Shipping line charges with • Sharing the daily DSR on time with Current shipment Status • Closely monitored and oversaw customer service processes, detecting improvements required to enhance customer satisfaction. • Managed all complex complaints, issues and problems to maintain customer satisfaction. • Communicated with customers through phone calls, online chats and emails to assess customer needs and provide solutions.
Arranging Dispatch plan and Transportation plan • Built and maintained excellent team relationships by helping colleagues during complex or difficult customer communications. • Planned own workload to meet deadlines and changing priorities. • End to End follow-ups from Port to Customs Bonded and Customs Bonded to Customer MooWR facility – vice versa Language – Gujarati mandatory. location – ahmedabad Gujarat salary – 6 to 7 lakhs experience – More than 5 yrs Male preferable.
