Customer Care Executive
Position Summary
We are seeking a proactive and experienced candidate suitable for the role of Customer care executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing patient relationships, coordinating with team of doctors and nurses to ensure proper treatment of patients is done during their home visits.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationship with clients, understanding their needs and providing timely resolution
Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues and provide support via phone, email and messages
Work closely with team of doctors and nurses for their home visits at patients abode
Manage scheduling and ensure operational efficiency to meet client requirements.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Ensure end to end resolution and enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
Good team player & good people skills
Good communication skills in English and computer knowledge
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word, Power Point
Multi tasking for different job duties
Location: Opposite Metro 2A Oshiwara Station, Andheri West
Working Hours: Rotational Shift (3 shifts) Weekly Off’s
QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate in any field is a must
Preferred BSc/BMS/BCom
Fluency in English both written and verbal
