Job Opening: E-Commerce Executive (Female Only from North East)
Location: South Delhi (Office)

We are a USA-based company with a strong presence since 1997, having offices in the USA and a back office in New Delhi. We are currently looking for a dedicated and skilled E-Commerce Executive (Female Only from North East) to join our team in South Delhi. If you have a passion for eCommerce, excellent written English, and a knack for detail, this opportunity could be perfect for you!

Job Profile:

Manage tasks on the E-Commerce platform and product listings.
Handle backend functions including order management, customer interactions, and using Chatra for live chat support.
Write clear, engaging, and grammatically correct product descriptions.
Responsibilities:

Update and maintain product information.
Communicate with customers efficiently.
Ensure all orders are accurately processed.
Write product descriptions that are clear, concise, and compelling.
Use Microsoft Excel for tracking and organizing product data and orders.
Skills & Qualifications:

Proficient in English (both written and verbal).
Excellent writing skills for clear, grammatically correct content.
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data organization and tracking.
Excellent Communication Skill Fluent in English with 1-2 years BPO or customer service will be preferred
A passion for delivering high-quality customer service and engaging with customers online.
