Roles and Responsibilities –
Ensure that a safe and secure learning environment is provided to the kids.
Develop and maintain a constructive and ongoing rapport with children and parents
Ensure that a variety of materials and resources is provided to the kids to explore,
manipulate and use, both in learning activities and in imaginative play
Attend to children’s basic needs
Enforce all administration policies and rules
Implementing curriculum and given planner with guided activities
Enforce policies, take daily observation/anecdotes, plan for each activity
Responsible for child’s development and growth in various aspects
Ensure that the parents concern is being addressed without affecting relationships
with them
Collaborate with other teachers and administrators in the development, evaluation, and revision of high scope programs
Store, maintain, enhance the inventory and educational materials of the classroom
Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet child’s various needs
and interests
Participates in all the trainings
Desired Candidate Profile –
Have at least 1 year of experience of working as a teacher in a pre-school setting
Should be efficient enough to handle young kids
Ability to develop good relationship with parents, children and colleagues
Ability to self – evaluate learning needs and actively seek learning opportunities
Good mental and physical health
Caring and loving attitude with a sense of humour
Friendly, flexible approach, open for feedback
Should be at least graduate/ECCE, NTT certified
Should have warm and welcoming personality with excellent communication skills(spoken and written)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 – ₹12,000.00 per month
