Responsibilities
Pick up packages from depots and other locations
Deliver packages to customers on time
Ensure packages are not damaged during delivery
Plan daily travel routes
Load and unload packages
Accept and record payment details
Handle customer complaints
Investigate and handle discrepancies with the delivered order
Get the customer’s signature on the delivery paper
Maintain the company vehicle
