Guest Experience Management: Ensuring a seamless and pleasant experience throughout the customer journey.
Cleanliness & Presentation: Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing environment at all times.
Team Collaboration: Working effectively with team members to achieve operational goals and ensure smooth service.
Sales & Upselling: Actively engaging with customers to drive sales and enhance product recommendations.
Compliance & Safety: Adhering to all health, safety, and compliance standards to ensure a safe environment.
Leadership & Training: Leading by example, providing guidance, and training team members to ensure service excellence.
Advanced Guest Service: Handling complex guest requests and resolving issues to guarantee complete satisfaction.
Operational Efficiency: Streamlining operations to optimize resource use and enhance service delivery.
Inventory & Supplier Management: Ensuring stock levels are maintained and liaising with suppliers for timely deliveries.
Sales & Revenue Growth: Driving sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Quality Control: Ensuring consistency in product/service quality, in line with brand standards.
Compliance & Safety Leadership: Taking a proactive role in ensuring adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
