We are looking for a talented and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our fully automatic production of blocks and pavers. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in marketing, with a focus and experience in industrial and B2B markets.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our range of products
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities
Create marketing campaigns and materials to generate leads and drive sales
Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and support their efforts
Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively
Build and maintain relationships with industry influencers, media outlets, and other partners
Analyze marketing data (campaign results, ROI, etc.) to measure performance and optimize strategies
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new opportunities
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role in the industrial or B2B sector
Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of the blocks and pavers industry is a plus
willing to travel throughout Karnataka with a focus on north Karnataka cities
