Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Laboratory Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various laboratory tests, handling samples, and ensuring the accuracy of results.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct diagnostic tests and analyze samples as per standard procedures.
Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Record and report test results accurately and promptly.
Assist in maintaining inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
Collaborate with other medical staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology.
Proven experience as a Laboratory Technician (1-2 years preferred).
Familiarity with laboratory management software and best practices.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Excellent communication abilities and teamwork spirit.
